∎ JOB PURPOSE: To provide technical support all activities of popular Theatre component according to SPA plan at the field level. Creating themes, scene chart, song, direction and implementing drama shows in collaboration with various BRAC program and others organization, promote and take necessary step for marketing Popular Theatre within and outside BRAC.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Monthly action plan prepare coordinating with district level SELP staff and responsible for respective districts for providing direction to Popular Theatre initiative for its smooth and effective implementation.
∎ Provide technical support to ensure achieving SELP and others program Popular Theatre target in respective districts.
∎ Making budget, special scene chart, creating song and theme depending on story for new drama.
∎ Organize, facilitate and making training module for PT basic training
∎ PT show follow-up and provide necessary direction for PT staff and performer for development.
∎ Regular coordination with Head Office and field and Take necessary step for achieving all activities of PT in the time Line.
∎ Report prepare and case Story collection and send to HO .
∎ Take necessary step for Popular Theatre marketing
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

∎ SKILLS: Leadership, Good Communicator, Nice Presenter ,Reporting skill, Management skill, Analytical and multi-dimensional, Hard Worker, Thinking new idea
∎ KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge on Theatre Activity specialization on Direction, Acting, Performance, Plot and Theme making and budgeting.
∎ COMPETENCIES: Team work, Adaptability, Change maker ,Field oriented and working with poor
∎ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 1 year of working experience in relevant field.
