Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute technical plan and strategic objective and liaison with onboard team to ensure cost effective, reliable and smooth technical service by minimizing technical problems of existing vessels or any new addition (if any) in order to improve bottom-line year by year.
∎ Assist technical head and support onboard team to execute preventive maintenance plan efficiently for smooth operation of own vessels for cost optimization.
∎ Assist technical head for executing dry docking plan for efficient and cost-effective dry docking of own vessels for cost optimization.
∎ Assist technical head to ensure reliable & cost-effective technical services to achieve higher customer satisfaction.
∎ Prepare procurement plan in line with approved budget and execute the plan to ensure quality, accuracy, cost effective to achieve functional objectives.
∎ Ensure the vessels has been properly maintained according to international standards to build brand image of the company.
∎ Participate in national and international suppliers' meet, tech seminars and relevant fairs for developing new source/ vendors for cost optimization, quality and on-time full.
∎ Support, collaborate and advice the off-shore team to get optimum functional output in regard to supply, maintenance, safety, quality, compliance and environment.
∎ Achieve functional objectives by enhancing knowledge, skill sets and competencies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 32 years
∎ The incumbent should have at least 2 years technical service experience in any reputed shipping company for Marine background.
∎ Should have good knowledge in MS Office, ERP, maritime knowledge, marine technical management knowledge, ISM code knowledge, etc.
Salary: Negotiable
