Job Responsibilities:
∎ Field visit and looking new project.
∎ Follow up to the prospective project with line manager and also with head of the department.
∎ Prepared daily activity report and keep it in personal file as well as report to sales admin.
∎ Prepare weekly marketing reports for submission to the reporting supervisor.
∎ Monitoring competitor’s activity and report to supervisor.
∎ Oversee all customer inquiries and requests are appropriately responded to in a timely.
∎ Visit existing and prospective customer for marketing of Ready Mix Concrete.
∎ Regular follow up with clients.
∎ Building-up a broader client base.
∎ Develop sales promotional plan considering market requirement.
∎ Plan and execute the mason seminar properly.
∎ Ensure product coverage plan to increase product visibility & coverage in existing and new areas.
∎ Provide monthly sales forecasting for product availability & production planning.
∎ Plan for yearly sales planning for future growth.
∎ Plan for Sales call development for better output. Plan for People development, market development.
