∎ Minimum 5 years job experience in local purchase sector.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Efficiently manage the Commercial related activities from material sourcing to bring the goods into the factory.
∎ Ensure the materials are bought at the most competitive price and delivered on time as per the production plan.
∎ To work on sourcing, vendor development and conduct negotiation meeting to purchase quality materials with competitive price.
∎ Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
∎ Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
∎ Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
∎ Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.
∎ Allocate job to the commercial personnel for smooth functioning the department.
∎ Maintain close working relationships with production, store accounts, finance and VAT departments of the Factory.
∎ Maintain liaison with local suppliers and finalize Procurement plan within estimated time.
∎ Any other job time to time assigned by the senior management.
