Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent is responsible to take part in weekly delivery meeting & make shipment plans.
∎ The incumbent is responsible to make inspection schedule.
∎ The incumbent is responsible to make WIP report of Daily Finished Goods.
∎ The incumbent is responsible to forecast Inventory & Control.
∎ The incumbent is responsible to co-ordinate with merchant & planning team regarding accessories & shipment matters.
∎ The incumbent is responsible to co-ordinate shipments with sewing production & commercial team.
∎ The incumbent is responsible to perform Reconciliation & Follow-up Cut to Ship.
∎ The incumbent is responsible to follow-up on-time shipment.
∎ The incumbent is responsible to follow-up inspection status based on inspection schedule.
∎ The incumbent is responsible to finalize packing method.
∎ The incumbent is responsible to maintain SAP & G-pro system.
∎ The incumbent is responsible to solve packing related problems.
∎ The incumbent is responsible to perform Housekeeping Audit.
