• Age 25 to 35 years

• Applicants previously having 1-2 years working experience in retail sales.

• Need to be hard working, smart, proactive, dynamic energetic, confident and target oriented.

• Should have sound knowledge in product knowledge.

• Should have sound knowledge in computer & ERP software.

• Candidates who stay at Chattogram & Cox’s Bazar will get priority.

• Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.

• Willing to create new customers.

• Ensure timely collection of payment.

• Manage timely delivery of products.

• Collect sales related information from respective market.

• Analyze the market data

• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

• Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.

• Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.

• Analyzing competitors` products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.

• Willing to work under pressure and to market visit extensively
