∎ B.Sc. in Textile Engineering/Apparel Manufacturing/Fashion Designing
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Merchandising
∎ Skills Required: Advance Excel, Excellent communication skills in English, Softskill, Strong leadership and team management skill

∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare all kind of samples and follow up with the sample making team. (Proto/concept/ECS/APP/Size set)
∎ Collect the Instruction sheet /Material details sheet from buyer
∎ Update the Sample status chart and master file for development in system (ERP)
∎ Coordinate with the buyer and both sample section for fastest sample development.
∎ Follow up with buyers for all the sample approvals and get trims & accessories approval from HK team.
∎ Follow up with all the production team members such as CAD/SMV/IE/Quality/Sample
∎ Follow up on fabrics and trims on time shipment as per the TNA.
∎ Prepare the trims details sheet with final YY & SMV and pass it to bulk procurement team to complete the development stage.
∎ Follow up with local fabric development team through BD fabric team
∎ Prepare trims card for Shade, Color, Quality approval
∎ Prepare the sample with all the tags and share the dispatch details with all the stakeholders.
∎ Prepare the testing packages, submission, make report and then update testing chart and follow up till approval.
∎ Manage all the records of APP sample
∎ Follow up leg panels for washing trails & tread mockup
∎ Arrange meeting on style reviewing and risk analysis and handover style file to production team on time.
