Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
∎ Bachelor of Science in Apparel Merchandising
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up and submit all kind of samples on time and coordinate with the buyer to get the approval within the time line as per the TNA.
∎ Check cost breakdown & ensure fabrics and trims consumption & revert back within 24 hours if any dispute.
∎ Check and ensure fabrics & trims booking according to buyer provided color, size breakdown and get them inhouse as per the TNA input date and exception has to be escalated to the next level immediately.
∎ Ensure pre-production activities (production file, trim card, fabrics inspection, segregation, test etc) completion on time before PP meeting.
∎ Submit garment, trims test on time and share test tracker to the counter team, any failure has to be escalated to the management level.
∎ Collect the instruction sheet material details sheet from buyer and update in the ERP system.
∎ Follow up with all the production team members such as CAD, SMV, IE, quality, sample & share order data for on time execution.
∎ Follow up import, local fabrics and trims on time shipment and inhouse as per the TNA Input date.
∎ Prepare check list with all materials and consumption for the order and review with team leader.
∎ Update CPV (critical path visibility) in the buyer system.
∎ Conduct daily product review and share the findings to the management.
∎ Follow up for inspection, commercial and warehouse to move cargo on time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Need to have Woven Experience
∎ Excellent communication skill in English
