∎ Training/Trade Course: english wrinig,Multimedia,Video and Photo editing
∎ Skills Required: coherent and analytical report writing skills, Creative content writing, Good at Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, Strong inter personal and communication skills
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Communication/ Public Relation/ Media, Good report writing and documentation ability, Media and communication, Social Media Campaign

Job Context:
∎ • ESDO is an organization that focuses on environmental action research to create a world that is just, toxic-free, and zero-waste. ESDO aims to transition from a linear and extractive economy to a circular system that upholds people`s right to a secure and sustainable environment. This process tackles pollution and generates regenerative solutions in urban settings through campaigns, policy shifts, financial aid, research, communication, and mobilization. Our primary intervention areas are plastic, zero waste, incineration, pollution, chemicals and climate.
∎ • As a nonprofit organization, we are currently seeking to hire a communication specialist who can craft insightful messages to persuade our target audience to support our causes. Common areas of expertise include public relations and donor interaction, social research, and writing. Daily responsibilities will include managing official communication channels and interacting with media outlets.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Communications associates are tasked with a diverse set of responsibilities related to content creation and messaging.
∎ • Responsible for developing and delivering communications in various formats such as email, online, print distribution, video, or other mediums.
∎ • Plan and implement social media campaigns.
∎ • Responsible for public relations and donor interaction, social research, and writing.
∎ • Daily responsibilities will include managing official communication channels and interacting with media outlets."
∎ • Engage with various knowledge and learning networks within ESDO partners, working closely with relevant organizational learning initiatives to better coordinate activities.
∎ • Actively participate in the national and regional community of practice focused on assigned project activities.
∎ • Help showcase project impact through media articles, blog posts and other engagement methods with a target audience of stakeholders in the donor community.
∎ • Help develop high-quality project outreach materials such as brochures, multi-media presentations, photographs and video snippets.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Risk management, Multitasking ability, Hardworking, punctual and quick learner.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ The highest starting salary will be 30,000 Thousand, depending on skills and experience, after six months provision salary will be re-fixed.
