Job Responsibilities:
∎ Define & develop Communication Strategy & plan for Sales & Marketing of ISP
∎ Visit potential Corporate, SME & Home Users, Govt. & Local NGO to enhance the Sales of ISP
∎ Having the capability to handle multiple customers at the same time & wide experience in Handling Govt. & Semi Govt. Tenders for ISP Sales & Marketing.
∎ Measure the success of Marketing Programs to determine the most effective means of driving safely.
∎ Prepare the Sales Target; propose Planning with the Team members to achieve the Goal.
∎ Work in collaboration with the sales Team to ensure a Common understanding of Business Goals & objectives.
∎ Provide Strategic input into Company's Business Plan.
∎ Preparing proposals and meeting deadlines by supervising the Sales Team
∎ Willing to work under pressure & to move outside of Sylhet to meet with the client.
∎ Having strong knowledge of ISP Sales & Marketing. Monitoring current market trends.
∎ Details knowledge on Sales Closing, Customer Problem Handling & Billing.
∎ Strong Leadership capabilities to manage the sales Team & Coordinate with the Transmission Team.
∎ Preparing monthly Management reports & planning on ISP Sales & Marketing.

∎ Applicants should have Technical Sales experience in Retail, Corporate, Distribution & LISP fields.
∎ Should be aware of the current industry scenario and also have market information from reliable sources.

∎ Able to achieve target-oriented sales plans.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Should have excellent analytical & presentation abilities.
∎ Should be a self-motivated, dynamic, and dependable team player.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Must have a "Can Do" attitude.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 40000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary would be based on experience
