Key Responsibilities
Sales Target Achievement: Proactively identify and engage potential clients to sell land plots and real estate projects.
Lead Generation: Utilize both digital platforms and physical networking to build a robust sales pipeline.
Client Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain long-term relationships with HNIs (High Net-Worth Individuals) and corporate clients.
Market Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis to stay updated on land pricing and government regulations in the real estate sector.
Site Visits: Coordinate and lead prospective buyers for physical land inspections and project briefings.
Documentation Support: Assist clients with the legal paperwork, registration processes, and payment schedules.
