Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attend and handle all customers with care in the Showroom.
∎ Achieve monthly sales target.
∎ Developing a good customer relationship.
∎ Full ideas about Car & BRTA Documents.
∎ Has to be knowledgeable about Car Pricing, Grade Point, Car Features etc.
∎ Marketing and sales for achieving the organizational goal.
∎ Establish and maintain an effective business relationship with existing.
∎ Greet customers on the sales floor and determine product, type, and quality of product desired.
∎ Inform FAB (Feature, Advantage, and Benefit) of product.
∎ Demonstrate products; suggest selections that meet customer's requirements.
∎ Illustrate the similarities and differences between comparable products and explain how these affect the price of the products.
∎ Pay attention to the displayed products; ensure that they are displayed in an appropriate way.
∎ Place new product on display and focus on the promotional offers.
∎ Maintain customer visit records and follow up regularly.
∎ Successfully handle customer complaints and effectively deliver service.
∎ Maintain showroom compliance and stay conscious it.
∎ Achievement of sales target on monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and yearly manner.
∎ Produce sales invoice and Prepare proper documentation of Car Sale.
∎ Post car registration information during sales.
∎ Prepare sales report and coordinate with Managing Directors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 38 years
∎ Skills Required: COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE & EMAIL.
∎ Working experience on car showroom for 7 years.
∎ Driving experience for 9 years.
∎ Original driving license required.
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 25000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Other benefits as per Company's Policy.
∎ Salary Review: Yearly.
∎ Festival Bonus: 2.
∎ Lucrative Product Sales Incentive.
