∎ Preferred Professional Certification: FCMA,ACMA
∎ Training/Trade Course: FCMA,ACMA
∎ Skills Required: Accounting and Finance, Bank and Financial Institution, Cost and budget, Costing

∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Corporate Finance, Cost and budget, Costing, Finance and Banking
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ A. Finance department Related:
∎ 1. Supervising all the financial administrative affairs of the company.
∎ 2. To manage bank reconciliation of all nominated Banks.
∎ 3. Local and foreign loan/equity approval from Govt. /Private Bank including financial institution on short/mid/long term basis.
∎ 4. Fund raise by issuance of Shares/debenture/bond & IPO and Share Capital Management.
∎ 5. Prepared feasibility report /Study (New project), Credit Risk Grading, Project Funding/Development Work and credit authorization.
∎ 6. Assess and evaluates financial performance of organization with regard to long-term operational goals, budgets and forecasts.
∎ 7. Preparing & up dating various reports for the BODs and arrange board meeting/AGM.
∎ B. Costing Department Related:
∎ 1. Plan, organize and direct all the activities of the cost accounting function.
∎ 2. Design effective budget models for the company.
∎ 3. Calculation of Product Costing, Standard Costing, Cost & benefit analysis of each activity in business processes, identifying, key and critical processes to operate at optimum cost.
∎ 4. Manage day to day operations of the existing cost accounting related job like LC Closing, Material Consumption, and Line wise costing & other Pre & post cost related works.
∎ 5. Analyze financial information (e.g. revenues, expenditures and cash management) to ensure all operations are within budget.
∎ 6. Identify variances between actual and budgeted financial results at the end of each reporting period and reporting to the management.
∎ 7. Prepare estimates of costs for unique products in each stage (i.e. raw material stage, work in process stage and finished goods stage) in order to establish prices of products and to forecast production.
∎ 8. Prepare a monthly management report each product cost analysis and planning for reducing and controlling company expenses.
∎ 9. Analysis of CPM and SMV for garments business and monitor utilization of fabrics consumption.
∎ 10. Analyze and identify key areas of improvement and apply the cost estimation techniques to drive cost reductions and aid operational processes and efficiency.
∎ 11. Any other assignment given by management.

∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Professional degree: FCMA/ACMA from ICMAB.
∎ The Candidate should have experience in RMG.
