Educational Requirements:
∎ Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from any university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsible for implementation, coordination, and management of Friendship SED Livestock program activities.
∎ Prepare annual work plan and monitor the implementation of the plan.
∎ Work close with SED team members in the regions.
∎ Ensure effective and close monitoring of the project activities in the region to keep the project on track.
∎ Ensure timely planning and implementation of the project activities according to approved plan and budget.
∎ Provide technical support and advise the livestock farmers for better production.
∎ Build strong network and professional relationship with different stakeholder loke local communities, local government, local administrations, related Government offices and NGOs.
∎ Ensure proper and timely reporting according to donor and organization.
∎ Review expenditures at a regular interval and take corrective measures (if required)
∎ Supervise the staff working on project and ensure timely staff performance appraisal.
∎ Represent the project in different forum/event as required.
∎ Produce timely reports for the organization and donors.
∎ Extensive field visits.
∎ Coordinate and facilitate internal and external visits.
∎ To take on any roles assigned by the Friendship management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Marketing experience is preferable.
∎ Excellent English writing and speaking skill.
∎ Excellent computer knowledge, specially in MS Office.
