Responsibilities & Context:
Lead the development of new styles from concept to production, working closely with the design team to bring innovative ideas to life while ensuring feasibility in manufacturing.
Coordinate with design, marketing & production teams to ensure smooth transitions from development to production, ensuring timelines & quality standards.
Oversee the creation of samples, ensuring they meet specifications and adjust designs as necessary based on technical limitations, possible risks factors & manufacturing feasibility.
Manage product development timelines, ensuring deadlines are met for seasonal launches.
Applying cost effective constructions & product re- engineering in order to optimize cost consumption & SMV.
Carrying out on the job trainings & scheduled technical trainings for PD members depending on the evaluation findings.
