Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ MBA in Marketing.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize, lead and control marketing strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
∎ Appointing and developing a strong sales team as well as arranging sales training for sales forces.
∎ Conduct marketing analysis and monitoring sales team activities.
∎ Prepare monthly and quarterly sales achieving report for management.
∎ Build strong customer relationship by responding and communication to customer's queries.
∎ Analyzing competitor, sales trade and trade activities.
∎ To collect information from market like sales strategy and promotional activates similar competitors.
∎ To appoint new Depot/ Dealer as per required.
∎ Take care of all distribution related regulatory affairs.
∎ Strong communication, time management and ability to assist other team members in problem solving.
∎ To visit field frequently.
∎ Meet profit and sales targets

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have good communication skills both English and Bangla.
∎ Self-motivated, goal oriented & ability to meet targets.
∎ Computer literacy is a must.
∎ Stable, mature, honest, hardworking and willing to work under pressure and on schedule.
∎ Excellent knowledge of computer like as Microsoft word, Microsoft Excel, Power point, Internet Browsing.
