Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Internal Costing PNL, Unify Sample Order System USS, Yard Yield EstimationYYE
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision
∎ Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products
∎ Work with PDD and senior management for process improvement, reduce work duplication & minimum construction standard
∎ Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule
∎ Achieve further speed to market requirement, improve lead times and ability to make smarter decision
∎ Sample team:
∎ (i) System maintenance (BOM/PAC/Unify Sample Order System)
∎ (ii) Fabric Management (including working with mill / status checking and all related to fabric/ new fabric development, L/D arrangement etc.)
∎ (iii) ACC Management (including working with supplier / status checking all related to ACC new trims development, L/D arrangement etc.)
∎ (iv) Documentation work (including checking BOM/Tec pack/Pattern/MC arrangement/pre-check form/stickers/VAP list/Yard Yield Estimation-YYE/SAM)
∎ Costing team:
∎ (i) Material price update (Fabric & Trims, they will also check if the latest spec is most favorable)
∎ (ii) Cost sheet creation (To Puma) + PAC update
∎ (iii) Price meeting with PUMA/UA
∎ (iv) Internal Costing PNL
∎ (v) Seasonal analysis
∎ (vi) SPS FC creation
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 36 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Above 10 years’ experience in garment manufacturing
∎ Communication skills- the ability to speak English and comprehend English writing in order to problem solve and engage with customer’s in a meaningful way
∎ Ability to reconcile issues and oversee other with showing ability to teach other’s & expectations
∎ Work with customers to ensure develop or Fit spl are approved in 1st submissions to customers
∎ Proactively work with customers to resolve potential construction/safety issues in a way that maintains the design intent of the styles and ensure production workable or effective construction
∎ Ensure sample submitted are meet all fit, construction and safety standard
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
