∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Skills Required: Hardware Engineer, Good communication skills, Negotiation Skills, Honest and dedicated, Proactive and Positive attitude, Hardworking and Passionate, Punctual.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Researching and developing new fabrics and dyeing techniques.
∎ Support to laboratory in research & development of new color cosmetics products.
∎ Developing new designs, patterns, and color palettes for narrow fabrics
∎ Managing the production process and ensuring the quality of the final products.
∎ Yarn dyeing production and quality inspection.
∎ Lead the design and development of new products in various narrow fabric applications.
∎ Taking care of Quality checks of the dyed yarn, shade approval of yarn.
∎ Utilizing water-free dyeing methods, supercritical carbon dioxide dyeing.
∎ Developing 3D woven fabrics with complex structures
∎ Capable of producing products that match buyer specs precisely - managing extension, modulus, recovery and hand fill requirements.
∎ Skilled in creating new designs, developing concepts, and innovating within the narrow fabrics’ domain.
∎ Identify opportunities for Continuous Improvement within all facets of the organization.
∎ Responsible for dyeing & finishing RFT & must report to GM dyeing.
∎ Should Technically Qualified & Capable of Monitoring Day to Day Activities.
∎ Should have to perform other Finishing related duties and responsibilities.
∎ Any related activities assigned by the General Manager.
