1. Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing and sales within the pre-fabricated steel building industry.
2. Proven track record of successfully leading marketing and sales teams and achieving sales targets.
3. Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements in the pre-fabricated steel building sector.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
6. Proficiency in digital marketing and CRM software.

Job Description:

As the Senior Manager of Marketing and Sales, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing and sales plans to achieve the company’s growth objectives. You will lead a team of marketing and sales professionals and work closely with other departments to ensure that our products reach the right markets and that our sales targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:
