Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure documentation plan and follow, monitor, execute and implement ISM plan for providing safety and quality to ship personnel, vessels, cargos and marine.
∎ Ensure changes in the safety management system in ASLL in accordance with ISM requirements and monitor vessels performance as per compliance related changes.
∎ Involve internal auditor (superintendent) to perform internal audit and update & store the subsequent documents for ready reference.
∎ Resolve and ensure accident related injury, safety instruction/technical changes from vessels and collect documents to compare with ASLL safety manual, amending in safety management system (SMS) and convey the gaps through safety bulletin/ circulars/ awareness.
∎ Follow-up team member regards preparing own documentation to face external auditor, receive the feedback from auditor, make mitigation plan and amend any changes accordingly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ The candidate should have at least 5 years experience in ship (Deck).
∎ Excellent knowledge of industry statutory rules and regulations, vetting requirements, ISO 9001 and 14001 standards.
∎ Should have knowledge in MS Office, ERP, maritime knowledge, marine operation knowledge, IMO and ISM code knowledge.
