∎ At least 7 years of experience working with non-profits, with 3 years of programming experience with USAID-funded programs
∎ Understanding USG grant programming and reporting requirements.
∎ Familiarity with key M&E processes and project-based database operations.
∎ Technical writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Support Knowledge Management, Impact, and Communications Portfolio.
∎ Assist in the design and implementation of a comprehensive knowledge management strategy and plan.
∎ Support high-quality internal and external communications, including with donors, consortium partners, and internal stakeholders.
∎ Compile strategic briefing materials, talking points, and position papers for internal and external engagements.
∎ Develop and support the production of knowledge management products aligned with the strategy and implementation plan.
∎ Coordinate the production of high-quality monthly, annual, and yearly reports for both internal and external purposes.
∎ Engage in the design, development, review, and dissemination of learning products, studies, and assessments.
∎ Support the creation of case studies, success stories, and video content for external audiences.
∎ Represent WV in external and internal knowledge management platforms and enhance WV’s visibility and impact.
∎ Support advocacy plans and the development of high-quality communications materials and briefing documents.
∎ Maintain relationships with key representatives from relevant learning and research organizations and platforms.
∎ Execute and monitor the Nobo Jatra marking and branding strategy in line with World Vision branding principles.
∎ The main purpose of this position is to support and implement the Knowledge Management, Impact, and Communications portfolio for Nobo Jatra and World Vision Bangladesh. The Senior Manager will provide strategic support for World Vision’s knowledge management efforts, focusing on content development, impact sharing, brand positioning, brand awareness, and knowledge management.
∎ Key Deliverables:
