Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate must be M.Com/Masters in Business Administration (preferable in Accounting or Finance) with CA Course Completed.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Disabled Rehabilitation and Research Association (DRRA) is a national level leading NGO of Bangladesh since 1996 for the development of the person with disability of different districts of Bangladesh:
∎ Reporting to: Director - Finance
∎ Job Location: Dhaka, but 40% field visit

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Minimum 7 years of practical experience in a leading NGO's.
∎ Analytical and conceptual skills on administration with Sound knowledge on Financial Management & Internal Control System of a NGO/INGO.
∎ Excellent experiences GoB requirements and Tax, VAT and other rules and regulations.
∎ Have strong Leadership skill
∎ Strong communication skill; both in English & Bengali
∎ Have working experience in Information Technology (IT) (preferable).
∎ Computer Literacy with skills (both English & Bangla) and Tally Accounting Software is preferable.
∎ Report writing capacity (both English & Bangla).

Salary:
∎ Total Monthly Consolidated Salary is Taka 60,000 or above or Negotiable
