Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (M.Com) in Accounts
∎ CA part qualified.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position is primarily responsible for finalization of Income-tax assessments of the business units of the Group and of the directors of the companies of the Group.
∎ Responsible for Income-tax planning, maintaining of books of accounts and preparation of Financial Statements with required schedules for the income-tax requisites.
∎ Responsible for periodic submission of VAT returns and of every aspects of VAT of the Group.
∎ Must be proficient in treasury and fund management relating to income-tax aspects.
∎ Keep liaison with Income-tax and VAT authorities and look into every issues there-against.
∎ Prepare monthly Management reports relating to Income-tax and VAT position of each business units and of directors' as applicable.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must be fluent in verbal and written communication both English and Bangla.
∎ Ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational
∎ Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
∎ Ability to work independently and with others
∎ Extremely organized with strong time-management skills.
∎ 5 to 7 year(s) experience is required for this position
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Finance, Audit, Tax (VAT! Customs Duty! Income Tax), Tax Law.
