Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform market analysis for direct coverage increase and market expansion.
∎ Formulate strategies and plans, implement those through distributors.
∎ Identify, recruit and on-board new distributors.
∎ Guide, track and manage distributors’ performance and ensure achievement of distributors revenue targets.
∎ Ensure training of distributors, distributors’ sales team etc to achieve continuous improvements in capability, knowledge, customer service, performance and profitability.
∎ Prepare budgets and manage expenses within the budgets.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Maximum 50 years of age.
∎ Minimum 10 years of working experience in the FMCG industry.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
∎ Should be flexible to travel extensively.
