10 years of experience in managing Large Scale Distributors and Sales Force
Age at most 50 years. Age may be relaxed for exceptionally deserving candidates
Flexible to travel extensively
Good communication and presentation skills in both English and Bengali
Advance level knowledge of MS Excel
Proficiency in Power BI will be preferable

Responsibilities & Context:
Perform market analysis for direct coverage increase and market expansion.
Formulate strategies & plans and implement those through distributors.
Identify, recruit and on-board new distributors.
Guide, track, and manage distributor performance to ensure the achievement of revenue targets.
Ensure training of the distributors and their sales team for continuous improvements in capability, knowledge, customer service, performance and profitability.
Prepare budgets and manage expenses within the budgets.
Cancel the distributorship whenever necessary.
Any other task assigned by the management.
