∎ JOB PURPOSE: This position will ensure the effective implementation of the project`s reintegration-related awareness interventions for all stakeholders at every stage of the implementation. This role will steer the activities for inclusion of the returnee migrant workers within the society through sensitization and advocacy, all the while aligned to the project`s objectives and programme`s strategic direction.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme`s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design, develop, and implement effective communication and social media strategies aligned with the programme, donor, and organizational strategies. As per the strategies, coordinate the development of social media content and IEC/BCC materials such as brochures, booklets, flipcharts, leaflets, and posters for distribution among participants to create awareness.
∎ Prepare, plan, and design for implementing awareness activities under this project at the central level and field level. Report the results in the project's report and maintain documentation.
∎ Supervise and monitor the activities related to organizational and donor branding and visibility for effective communication. And make extensive field visits for effective awareness-related interventions regularly.
∎ Maintain liaison with relevant stakeholders, i.e. Ministries, BMET, DEMO, Probashi Kollyan Bank, WEWB, journalists, relevant networks, CSOs, and NGOs, and assist the team in arranging national and field-level issue-based events. Develop press releases for different workshops and advocacy events.
∎ Network with local, national, and regional alliances on migration.
∎ Support for referral and capacity building of returnee migrants as part of social reintegration.
∎ Identify, Initiate discussion, and maintain regular communication with the Diaspora community
∎ Work closely with team members to provide training on strategic initiatives, project operation, problem-solving, prioritizing work, and improving quality. Also, support programme staff and partners to build their skills and capacities to do national and local level advocacy and actions on migration to ascertain the migrant's rights and protection.
