∎ Bachelor of Science in Textile Engineering.
∎ Proven experience in Woven/Wash Product with at least 5 years in a senior role.
∎ Proven track record in managing bulk merchandising for large-scale operations.
∎ Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
∎ Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with a focus on driving business performance and growth.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Directly working with buyers on all product developments, costing, order negotiations, and placements.
∎ Work with directors to analyze the yearly business plans and strategic framework.
∎ Work closely with the design teams to involve in bring Innovations and sustainable products to table.
∎ End-to-end responsibility in the process of business development and order execution.
∎ Provide ongoing trainings, development and constructive feedback to teams to ensure employee development and succession planning for driving high performance.
∎ Design packs/development sample process for relevant season / phases.
∎ Feedback follow-up on each season customer sign-offs with narrow-down styles.
∎ Sourcing fabrics/trims and innovation development follow-ups.
∎ Price negotiation and costing finalization with customers.
∎ Order placement & delivery confirmation.
∎ Capacity allocations and production follow-ups.
∎ Shipment process & customer communications.
