Experience:
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns·
Strong understanding of BTL marketing, media relations, and corporate relationship management principles
Partner with the departmental head in developing marketing strategies, forecasting lead generation, and setting departmental targets.
Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals across BTL, Media & PR, and Corporate Relationships to achieve lead generation goals and optimize brand awareness.
Cultivate strong relationships with media outlets to maximize positive brand exposure and public image.
Develop innovative activation and event concepts for lead generation, collaborating effectively with ATL, Digital, and Sales teams.
Continuously expand your knowledge of our products, target market, and customer demographics.
Implement strategies to optimize marketing leads for saleable units through effective communication with activation, PR, and corporate relationship teams, and maintain close collaboration with Planning & Budget.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction through planning, execution, reporting, and close collaboration with Customer Service Delivery (CSD) and Facility Management teams.
Prepare comprehensive reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and market trends.Champion the achievement of individual and departmental lead targets, ensuring lead generation aligns with the Annual Business Plan (ABP).
Facilitate and lead meetings with sales clusters, providing insightful minutes to management and ensuring implementation of action items.Manage vendor relationships, coordinate with agencies, maintain open communication channels, and guide external production teams in delivering creative concepts and content on time.
Oversee brand communication materials, including sales logistics such as brochures, flyers, leaflets, and presentation content.Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress and development scope of Rupayan CITY products.
Liaise with audit, cost & budget, and accounts teams to ensure timely vendor payments.
