Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make business plan for cost-efficient construction.
∎ Analyze key competitor's strategies regarding suppliers, contractors, design, materials, quality etc.
∎ Ensure on-time sourcing of suppliers, contractors, design experts as per plan.
∎ Proposed standard quality materials for the construction as per business model.
∎ Research and analysis to understand the design & construction quality aspects of the particular market segment.
∎ Calculate the cost estimate for the particular segment and accurately manage the budget.
∎ Ensure optimum profitability for the project through a win-win method.
∎ Maintain overall construction quality within the planned budget.
