Job Responsibilities:
∎ Forecast LC and ensure its management for confirming smooth receiving of raw materials having thorough knowledge on all import/export procedure related to Flexible Packaging Industries.
∎ Collaborate with C&F agent and port authority to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
∎ Ensure new source of vendor and development of existing vendor product.
∎ Develop, support, and monitor departmental objectives towards the goal of achieving the annual Company Operating Plan.
∎ Manage inventory levels to minimize production risk while maximizing inventory turns.
∎ Keep track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness of supply chain initiatives.
∎ Monitor the schedule and execute periodic evaluations to ensure vendors are adhering to pricing contracts and agreements.
∎ Ensures quality of procured items and addresses problems when arise.
∎ Keeps up update and align when necessary with trends in procurement.
∎ Review good record of purchasing files and records (purchase orders, contracts etc.) to ensure its compliance with company policies and procedures and ensure the availability of documentation. To monitor and ensure ERP transaction accuracy.
∎ Verify all the requisition, bill, invoice, purchase order and process for further stage of completion.
∎ Ensure balance safety, cost management and business growth then prepare and submit reports
∎ Collaborate with other departments to close operational gaps.
∎ Ensure proper use of procurement law in all areas of procurement processing.

∎ Good in English and familiar with MS Office in computer.
