Responsibilities & Context:
  • Conduct inspections and visits to handed-over projects to monitor and ensure the quality of services provided.

  • Oversee revenue collection for common support facilities, utilities, and other associated services.

  • Ensure timely submission of reports to monitor uninterrupted service delivery to clients.

  • Address client complaints and issues, building and maintaining strong relationships with CMA members and apartment owners.

  • Monitor and manage daily operations of the department, ensuring smooth functionality.

  • Provide counseling and motivation for service staff to enhance performance.

  • Communicate with apartment owners and tenants by issuing awareness letters and addressing feedback.

  • Collaborate with CMA members, apartment owners, and tenants to address incidents, accidents, and staffing issues.

  • Provide guidance and monitoring for revenue activities to align with departmental and company goals.
