About the Position

Tasbih, a trusted name in the hajj and umrah services sector since 2023, is entering a new strategic phase of expansion. In addition to our flagship hajj & umrah operations, we are rapidly growing in tourism services and student consultancy—bringing three major business segments under one unified brand.

The company is expanding its hajj & umrah operations and seeking a highly experienced, detail-oriented, and religiously knowledgeable Senior Counsellor – Hajj & Umrah.

This role requires strong customer-handling skills, deep knowledge of hajj & umrah procedures, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to guide clients from inquiry to package finalization.

You will lead the counselling process, support junior counsellors, and ensure professional handling of client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional counselling regarding hajj & umrah packages, itinerary plans, hotel categories, transport, and related services.

• Assess client requirements and guide them on the most suitable package.

• Explain Saudi visa requirements, documentation, and updated regulations clearly.

• Maintain updated knowledge of hajj & umrah policies, package changes, and market trends.

• Handle client calls, walk-in inquiries, social media leads, and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with the operations team for booking confirmations, ticketing, and documentation.

• Lead and support junior counsellors by guiding them in client handling and best practices.

• Participate in seminars, promotional activities, and client sessions.

• Maintain CRM records, client files, and follow-up logs for management review.

• Meet monthly counselling and conversion targets efficiently.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (flexible for experienced candidates).

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in hajj & umrah counselling, travel consultancy, or related fields.

• Strong understanding of hajj rituals, umrah guidelines, visa processes, and travel logistics.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication and convincing skills in Bangla (Arabic/Basic English is a plus).

• Strong ability to explain packages, rules, and itinerary clearly to clients.

• Good personality, professional behaviour, and client-handling skills.

• Target-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure.

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, WhatsApp Web, Email).

Additional Information

• Employment Status: Full-time

• Working Days: 6 days (Saturday – Thursday)

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
