Experience:

• 5 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

• Diploma in Mechanical
• Diploma in Mechanical in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering
• Professional training in industrial maintenance will be an advantage

• 5 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

• Age 30 to 50 years
• Only Male

Experience Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in factory maintenance
• Minimum 2–3 years in a senior or supervisory role
• Experience in bag, luggage, garments, footwear, or similar manufacturing units preferred
• Strong hands-on exposure to industrial machinery & utilities

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership & team-handling ability
• Advanced troubleshooting & root-cause analysis skills
• Knowledge of electrical systems, motors, PLC basics, compressors & generators
• Ability to work under pressure and manage emergencies
• Good documentation & reporting skills

Age Limit:

• 30–50 years (Flexible for the right candidate)

• Specific focus on the Sewing Unit maintenance team.
• Detailed utility system oversight (Generator, Compressor, Air lines).
• Specific experience requirements in Bag/Garment manufacturing.
• Lead and supervise the maintenance & technician team
• Plan and execute preventive & corrective maintenance for all factory machinery
• Ensure minimum machine downtime and uninterrupted production flow
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and utility-related issues
• Maintain maintenance logs, breakdown reports, and spare parts records
• Oversee utility systems (electricity, generator, compressor, air lines)
• Coordinate with production, compliance, and management teams
• Ensure machine safety, workplace safety, and compliance standards
• Support installation & commissioning of new machines
