∎ Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or a relevant field.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have good understanding of Insurance plans including motor, fire, marine, and all non-life insurance policies.
∎ Design and implement strategic marketing plans to reach Annual Non-Life Insurance Premium procurement targets.
∎ Develop and promote monthly, quarterly and annual Insurance Premium procurement objectives.
∎ Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts or adjust existing ones.
∎ Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Background: Must have working experience in any reputed Insurance Company, Bank, Financial Institution or any respected organization. Preference shall be given to the candidates working in Sales & Marketing Division.
∎ A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
∎ In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices.
∎ Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines.
∎ Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
∎ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Salary:
∎ Attractive remuneration package will be offered to the deserving candidates. Salary and designation will depend on the experience and background of the selected candidates.
