Job Context:
∎ Softcell is looking for Senior Java Software Engineer on urgent basis. Interested candites have the willingness to start working within very short notice.
∎ Softcell is looking individual who has strong programming skills with at least 5-10 years of experience with a strong desire to work on Java/J2EE.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for module design / low level architecture. Code/develop applications to program specifications
∎ Participate in customer interaction, code review and follow-up. Manage all performance issues
∎ Write unit test code, using tools and writing test cases
∎ Support deployed solutions (debugging and fixing problems) Grasping the functional requirements and understanding the detailed application design
∎ Low level estimation of projects Adhere to agreed time frames Meeting agreed standards and best practices
∎ Take-up complete ownership of the work assigned in terms of quality and timeliness.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong in core java programming in Java8
∎ Strong on Spring (Core, MVC, AOP, Portlet MVC), Hibernate/JPA and Microservice architecture
∎ Good exposure on UI (JQuery, Javascript, bootstrap)
∎ JS/AJAX proficiency with exposure to any framework (JQuery, DWR, GWT etc)
∎ XML Processing (DOM, XPath, XSL, DTD/XSD Schemas)
∎ Design, OOAD concepts
∎ Expert in DB Concepts and SQL writing.
∎ Good on J2EE (e.g. JSP).
∎ Hands on in JUnit testing
∎ Should have excellent communication skills
∎ Should have excellent client exposure in past in requirement gathering and project deliveries
∎ Should have some exposure on any cloud. AWS is preferre

Salary: Tk. 120000 - 240000 (Monthly)
