Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Science & Engineering, Master of Information & Communication Technology (MICT) in Computer Science & Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Business Process Outsourcing, Graphics Design, IT Training, Web Developer/ Web Designer

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Process Outsourcing, Graphics Design, Web Developer/ Web Designer

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
∎ IT Project planning and management.
∎ IT Training management.
∎ Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
∎ Understand current and future business goals and ongoing IT issues to ensure business success.
∎ Ensure resource availability and allocation.
∎ Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
∎ Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
∎ Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
∎ Report and escalate to management as needed.
∎ Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
∎ Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
∎ Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
∎ Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
∎ Participate in recruitment, orientation and ongoing training of new IT staff.
∎ Supervise and direct IT personnel.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Outsourcing and Vendor Certification will be added advantage.

Salary: Negotiable
