Requirements :

• Proven experience as an Implementation Engineer, Systems Engineer, or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of software deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.

• Experience with databases (e.g., SQL, MySQL, Oracle) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).

• Familiarity with network protocols and security practices.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Master`s degree in a related field.

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies.

• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins).

The successful candidate will be responsible for the deployment, configuration, and support of our application/software solutions to meet the needs of our clients. The Implementation Engineer will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and integration of our products.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and understand their specific needs and challenges.

• Develop and execute implementation plans, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are met on time.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting during the implementation process to resolve any issues that arise.

• Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure they can effectively use and manage the implemented software.

• Create and maintain detailed documentation for each implementation project, including configurations, customizations, and client-specific information.

• Work closely with the development team to communicate client feedback and suggest product enhancements.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide clients with the best possible solutions.

• Ensure a smooth handover to the support team by providing thorough documentation and training.
