Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize learning and development programs
∎ recruiting and staffing;
∎ Organizational departmental planning;
∎ Performance management and improvement systems;
∎ Organization development;
∎ Employment and compliance with regulatory concerns regarding employees;
∎ Employee onboarding, development, needs assessment, and training;
∎ Policy development and documentation;
∎ Company-wide committee facilitation;
∎ Company employee and community communication;
∎ Compensation and benefits administration
∎ Employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Fully conversant with Labor Laws applicable in Bangladesh.
∎ To work independently.
∎ Sound communication skills (Verbal & written) both in Bangla & English.
∎ Computer literacy: MS-Word, MS-Excel, Powerpoint presentation & operating system.
∎ Good Interpersonal skills.
∎ Leadership skills.

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
