∎ The minimum qualification required to make an entry as a Senior Housekeeping Room Attendant or Junior Supervisor is a Hotel Management Diploma or Short course in Housekeeping. Those who have had previous exposure in the hospitality industry in the same position have definitely got more chances of being selected for these jobs.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Hotel
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Change bed linen and make beds
∎ Replace used towels
∎ Sweep and mop floors
∎ Vacuum carpets
∎ Dust furniture
∎ Replenish bath care products (e.g. soap and shampoo)
∎ Restock beverages and food items in the mini-bar
∎ Clean public areas, like corridors
∎ Report any technical issues and maintenance needs
∎ Address guests' queries (e.g. on additional services)
∎ Help guests retrieve lost items
∎ Ensure all assigned rooms are clean and tidy by the end of the shift
∎ Follow hotel security guidelines
∎ Requirements:
∎ Work experience as a Room Attendant or HK Attendant
∎ Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and products
∎ Good physical health and stamina
∎ Flexibility to work in shifts
∎ Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards
∎ Excellent organization skills
∎ Ability to follow instructions
∎ A Hotel Management diploma is a plus
∎ Honest & Intelligent
∎ Have to maintain Hotel SOP
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have a pleasant personality and be well-groomed.
∎ Written, spoken and reading proficiency in the English & Bengali language
∎ The candidate who knows Hotel PMS Software will get preferred.
∎ Basic mathematical comprehension to understand and interpret numbers as they apply to operations in hotels.
∎ Ability to communicate effectively with guests and employees.
∎ Interpersonal skills to provide guest satisfaction.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during rush hours.
