Ray Advertising is searching for a driven and articulate Senior Graphics Designer to join our team in a REMOTE/ WORK FROM HOME opportunity.
This position involves the Night Shift from Monday to Saturday, 6 PM to 3 AM BD time.

Position Summary
We are looking for a Senior Graphics Designer with a sharp eye for design, branding, and conversion-focused creative development. This role requires a highly skilled and experienced designer who can take ownership of Ray Advertising’s visual assets across marketing channels. You will be responsible for designing high-performance advertising creatives, marketing visuals, social content, internal assets and presentation materials that align with brand standards and campaign objectives. This is a key role for someone who can balance creative innovation with business impact, while supporting cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Identity & Visual Consistency:
Develop and maintain consistent brand guidelines across all visual assets.
Ensure visual alignment across digital, social, print, internal, and advertising platforms.
Creative Design Execution:
Develop original concepts and execute design solutions based on project requirements.
Design high-performing ads creatives for Facebook, Google, Native, and other affiliate traffic platforms.
Create visually appealing social media posters, blog posters, email creatives, landing page banners and company presentation graphics.
Develop a wide range of marketing materials including email creatives, offer banners, and infographic content.
Create infographics, company posters, offer banners, internal branding visuals, and event materials.
Optimize and repurpose existing designs to fit different audience segments and platforms.
Marketing Campaign Support:
Support lead generation and affiliate campaigns with conversion-optimized visuals.
Work closely with affiliate managers and the marketing team to design visuals tailored to specific offers and verticals (e.g., Insurance, Legal, Finance, Home Services).
Team Collaboration & Mentorship:
Work closely with content creators, developers and UI/UX designers to execute cross-channel design needs.
Provide art direction and mentorship to junior designers and freelancers.
Offer design feedback and ensure brand and campaign consistency across all outputs.
Innovation & Workflow Optimization:
Stay current with global design trends, especially in performance marketing, digital and affiliate media.
Establish and maintain SOPs for efficient creative production workflows.
Bring creative ideas to enhance visual engagement across campaigns and platforms.
Probation period: We have 1 month of probation period where you will receive 50% of the agreed salary.
