Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing front end website architecture.
∎ Developing and designing features to enhance the user experience, building responsive and elegant web components.
∎ Support existing web applications including troubleshooting, bug fixing, required upgrades and modifications to existing functionality.
∎ Building reusable code and front-end libraries for future use.
∎ Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
∎ Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.
∎ Optimizing web pages for maximum speed and scalability.
∎ Collaborating with other team members and share codebase.
∎ Ability to adapt to new technology with a minimum learning curve.
∎ Positive contributions to achieve the team and business goals.
Additional Requirements:
∎ More than 3 years of working experience with React JS and demonstrating a thorough understanding of its fundamentals.
∎ Great understanding of Redux and data design patterns in Redux.
∎ Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
∎ Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ES6, Node JS, and beyond.
∎ Experience with version control and command-line tools.
∎ Understand view layout and rendering technologies (e.g., responsiveness, progressive enhancement, browser/device support).
∎ Understand the importance of testing front-end components, utilizing unit, integration, and end-to-end testing models.
∎ Able to demonstrate knowledge of front-end system design, interaction with backend APIs, and performance/security considerations.
∎ Ability to understand common UX patterns and are able to identify and mitigate UX design risks early in the development process.
∎ An understanding of how to be efficient with resource usage (e.g., application impact on memory and CPU, caches appropriately, respectful of customer's devices, etc.).
∎ Experience with understanding, profiling, solving performance issues, through the use of profiling tools (e.g., Chrome Dev Tools).
∎ Experience with any backend language like (NodeJS, PHP) will be an extra benefit.
∎ Familiarity with modern front-end builds pipelines and tools.
∎ Experience in deploying CI/CD pipelines with automation.
∎ General knowledge of WordPress and Joomla is a plus.
Salary: Tk. 70000 - 80000 (Monthly)
