Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
Over 3 years of experience in Embedded Linux development, and over 8 years of experience in FreeRTOS and bare-metal firmware development.
Proficiency in C/C++ programming.
Proficiency with Linux/Unix shell scripting (e.g., bash).
Strong understanding of hardware-software integration.
Experience with microcontrollers and various peripherals (e.g., UART, SPI, I2C, USB).
Experience with different network protocols for example MQTT, FTP, SAMBA etc.
Familiarity with debugging tools and techniques.
Understanding of wireless communication protocols (e.g., Bluetooth, Wi-Fi).
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities & Context:
Design, develop, and maintain firmware for embedded systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and specifications.
Implement and optimize firmware for performance and reliability.
Debug and troubleshoot complex firmware issues.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement processes.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
