Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters' Degree in Accounting or Finance.
∎ CA / CMA Intermediate qualification with knowledge on donor's regulations like USAID, EU, Global fund etc. will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Duration: Duration of the Contract will be up to April 30, 2021
∎ Reporting to: Senior Team Leader of this project
∎ Working Conditions: Cox`s Bazar Sadar, with regular (up to 15-20%) visit to project sites.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 years experiences in relevant field including budgeting and financial reports preparation.
∎ Sound knowledge on Finance and Administration policies.
∎ Proficiency in computer skills including financial software.
∎ Gender awareness and a commitment to gender equality.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Good understanding of MS Office applications.
∎ Commitment to and understanding of CARE core values and principles.
∎ Demonstrated competency to work independently with minimum supervision.
∎ Willingness to live and work in difficult and rapidly changing conditions.
∎ Ability and willingness to travel and stay in the field.
∎ Ensure and Promote GEDI and be GEDI sensitive, creating an enabling environment where diversity can flourish and all staff and stakeholders experience inclusion and appreciation.
