Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing plans to achieve business goals
∎ Promote the services of Neer Resort, Shantir Neer, and Neer Theme Park through various channels
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, and partners
∎ Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and follow-up communication
∎ Support digital and offline marketing campaigns including social media, email marketing, and print media
∎ Assist in preparing marketing content and promotional materials
∎ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
∎ Prepare sales reports and maintain proper records of client engagement
∎ Coordinate with the operations, front desk, and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth service delivery and guest satisfaction
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Hospitality Management (Master’s preferred for Assistant Manager-level applicants).
∎ 3–5 years of relevant work experience in hospitality, resort, hotel, or tourism sales and marketing
∎ Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
∎ Working knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and OTA (Online Travel Agency) platforms.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
∎ Target-driven, organized, and capable of working under pressure.
∎ Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays.
∎ Fluent in both Bangla and English
∎ Job Summary:
∎ The MCCHS Ltd. is looking for dynamic and results-driven individuals to join our Sales & Marketing team. As a Senior Executive or Executive, who will be responsible for executing sales strategies and increasing brand value, ensuring an excellent guest experience. These individuals will work closely with the operations team to meet business targets and support the smooth running of daily activities across our resorts and recreational projects.
