Responsibilities & Context:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.
- Generate leads and identify potential clients through various channels (networking, referrals, online platforms, etc.).
- Present and promote property projects to clients, highlighting features, amenities, and investment potential.
- Conduct site visits with clients and provide detailed information on property layouts, pricing, and payment plans.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM databases.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support strategic decisions.
