∎ Post Graduate / Graduate in any discipline from reputed universities

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design a range of corporate branding from presentations & visual display graphics, to internal and external print and digital media
∎ Illustrate concepts by designing innovative layouts
∎ Create flow charts and training manuals
∎ Develop material for web pages and social media
∎ Design for other requirements when needed
∎ Develop signage for office and public areas
∎ Develop and design the layout of newsletters, brochures, reports and other publications of our company
∎ Submit rough drafts for approval from management and be able to handle feedbacks and constructive criticism
∎ Develop modern corporate visual branding ideas and concepts
∎ Maintain liaisons with outside vendors for design briefing and material selection to ensure the consistency and quality of branded materials, as well as maintaining delivery deadlines.
∎ Keep up-to-date about the latest trends, innovative graphic designs and future trends (concepts, fonts, layouts etc.)
∎ Understand the professional quality work of graphic design and deliver up to par

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years' work experience in a corporate or relevant field preferred, fresh graduates with exceptionally good portfolios will be considered.
∎ Ability to work excellently on Adobe CS6 Suite especially Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
∎ Photo and Video editing experience would be an added advantage
∎ Exceptional creativity and innovation
∎ An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment
∎ Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines
∎ Additional Job Requirements:
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart and energetic
∎ Strong presentation and delivery skills
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
∎ IT proficiency - advance level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Specially, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently
∎ Ability to multi task and remain organized, meet deadlines
