∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, Master of Commerce (MCom)
∎ Partly qualified from ICMAB/ACCA
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Tiles/Ceramic
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure timely payments of factory petty cash, salary, overtime and other expenses in accordance with Companies' policies, procedures, and guidelines.
∎ Review all factory expense voucher and bills relevant with transport, local purchase, maintenance cost, daily labour, overtime, utility and others for final payment.
∎ Monitor byproduct and scrap sales activity and deposit sales proceed to nominated bank account.
∎ Handle employee welfare fund and reconcile periodically.
∎ Monitor movement of raw material, spare parts, packing material, finished goods, byproduct, scrap and participate in monthly physical inventory counting.
∎ Gather data of raw material consumption, labor, factory overhead and production data to determine SKU wise costs of production or SKU wise ex-factory cost.
∎ Regular review Bill of Material (BOM) and actual uses with production team for variance analysis.
∎ Review and vetted all procurement requisition generated from factory.
∎ Maintain accounting software to enter factory related transaction.
∎ Maintain and update factory fixed asset register.
∎ Coordinate with HO account team for smooth factory operation
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ A minimum 5-7 years’ experience in plant-based manufacturing Company.
∎ Proven working experience required in plant accounts, product costing and supply chain finance
∎ Strong computer skills, experience with MS office is required; expertise in Quickbooks, SAP, Oracle is preferred
∎ Excellent written communication skill is required in English
