∎ Ashulia Women and Children Hospital (AWCH) is a concern of the country`s one of the biggest conglomerates Shanta Holdings Ltd. It is a non-profit philanthropic organization to support the medical needs of the underprivileged segment of our society, especially women and children.
∎ The AWCH family is looking for a qualified and experienced professional to play a key role in the Hospital`s Marketing department. As Senior Branding Executive/Assistant Branding Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for maintaining the brand integrity of the hospital`s overall marketing initiatives and communications, as well as managing hospital branding and promotion to relevant stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and executing marketing campaigns (includes social media marketing, development of leads, database strategy, public relations, interactive, traditional marketing, events execution, and post-campaign analysis).
∎ Plan, overview and review the scheduling of marketing communications regularly along with the marketing budget.
∎ Create compelling and visually stimulating presentations for sell-in materials (Service promotions, Campaign ideas, etc) for management meetings
∎ Work closely with creative agencies in creating brand assets, as well as in managing content marketing partnerships and strategies, making sure all communication is in line with compliance.
∎ Creation and management of campaigns and events including their compliance with ROI, budgets, and collateral in alignment with the firm's brand and strategy from the ground up.
∎ Ensure that all marketing content and activities comply with regulatory requirements
∎ Management of timely communication of project updates and information to the manager and senior management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Marketing & Brand Management.
∎ Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English & Bengali.
∎ Must be capable of traveling to Ashulia a minimum of twice a week.
