∎ About us: Ashulia Women and Children Hospital is a non-profit philanthropic organization formed by a small group of six distinguished Bangladeshi businessmen and professionals who came together in 2002 to create the center to support the medical needs of the underprivileged segment of our society.
∎ Job Context: The AWCH family is looking for a qualified and experienced professional to play a key role in the Hospital`s Marketing department. As Senior Branding Executive/Assistant Branding Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for maintaining the brand integrity of the hospital`s overall marketing initiatives and communications, as well as managing hospital branding and promotion to relevant stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and executing marketing campaigns (includes social media marketing, development of leads, database strategy, public relations, interactive, traditional marketing, events, execution, and post-campaign analysis).
∎ Plan, overview and review the scheduling of marketing communications regularly along with the marketing budget.
∎ Create compelling and visually stimulating presentations for sell-in materials (Service promotions, Campaign ideas, etc) for management meetings
∎ Work closely with creative agencies in creating brand assets, as well as in managing content marketing partnerships and strategies, making sure all communication is in line with compliance.
∎ Creation and management of campaigns and events including their compliance with ROI, budgets, and collateral in alignment with the firm's brand and strategy from the ground up. Ensure that all marketing content and activities comply with regulatory requirements
∎ Management of timely communication of project updates and information to the manager and senior management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Marketing & Brand Management.
∎ Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English & Bengali.
∎ Must be capable of traveling to Ashulia twice a week.
