Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Make a proper sales plan as per the given sales target to cover corporate business sectors to ensure monthly sales targets.
∎ Use analytical, creative and interpersonal skills to build relationships with relevant stakeholders and external partners.
∎ Support and enable the development of an organizational culture where sales staff feel valued, supported, involved, engaged and empowered.
∎ Focus on achieving business targets through existing business and develop new business opportunities.
∎ Deliver sales pitches and presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits of a product to influence purchase.
∎ Ensure timely collection of dues as per company guidelines.
∎ Provide after-sales service to the existing customers and also organize promotional initiatives to attract the customers.
∎ Compile, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide reports to management on performance.
∎ Maintain a very good atmosphere and coordination with all stakeholders.
